A New Day
This is the first day of the rest of my life :). I’ve been off my diet for about a month because of things that were going on in my life. My hubby started a new job in Alberta and gone most of the month + I had some personal downs. I’m back on track now and ready achieve the last 15-20lbs of my weight loss. Today…I plan on having herbal tea to calm the stress instead of 1-2 glasses of wine that adds a wopping 2-300 calories to my intake for the day. I’m also going to head down to my studio and get an extra workout in ;). Wish me luck!
