My Cheat Day….
As my group member girls know (The Phoenix) You Rock Girls!….I allow myself AND my clients a cheat day within reason :). I believe and have proven that it helps you stay on track as long as you can keep yourself in check. Soooo…today is Saturday AKA: My cheat day
During these days I do NOT count calories….if I want to have a small treat I ALLOW myself to do so or….if I’m going out or hanging out with friends, I have a couple extra glasses of wine. What ever my heart desires as long as it doesn’t include a gallon of icecream ;).
Today…my brother in laws came over for dinner and I induldged in 1 hamburger with a ptoatoe mixture of veggies etc. along with a side of wine. It makes me feel good and makes me stronger for the week ahead
I don’t feel deprived nore do I feel guilty. I’ve worked hard all week and deserve it. End of story ![]()
GOOD FOR YOU!! I will adopt that from now on!! Well, as long as I loose during the week that will be my reward! A “cheat day”… I like it!!

good job ^_^ I’m planning on doing that but just so i don’t go crazy. my treat though for getting through the week and still going is a trip to the beach because i love swimming and its perfect because I’ll still be burning calories and gaining muscle.
