Hi everyone!!! Me again
I have a proposition for you
For those that don’t know me on here…I guess I should start by telling you I am certified personal trainer with 10 years experience. Ok….so….do you need help? Do you need a “plan” to follow that will work? I’m going to offer to train a couple people for FREE right here on buddyslim. What do I want from you? First and formost…you MUST be 100% COMMITTED to not only me…but yourself! AND…you must be willing to give me permission to use your before/After pictures ;). Here are the guidlines….
*You can’t have ANY heart or serious health problems
*You must be willing to do what I say and trust me!
*You must be willing to count calories
*You must be willing to invest at least 6 days a week to exercise
*You must check in with me daily to hold yourself accountable
*You must be some-what self motivated. I can’t be there with you in person so…you have to be willing to push yourself.
What should know about me as a trainer? I will not put up with ANY crap! Especially if I’m training you for free
If you can’t abide by the guidelines then you need to let someone else take your place that’s willing to take advantage of this. I am a compassionate person but being sweet doesn’t get results
I will do my best to push you to your limits (the best I can online :D).

You might be exactly what I need. I never read the blogs and today I decided to and yours is the second one I have read. No you know what you are exactly what I need. Someone to hold me accountable. I am in if you are willing to help me.

Hey . . . I’m in. I have been counting points for my weight watchers, but I think calories wouldn’t be much harder.
Sign me up. I think I would really benefit from having someone design a plan. I’ve been having trouble with the exercise bit and accountability really helps me.
I could really use your help. I am getting sick and tired of being heavy and I am sick and tired of having no support at home from my husband. If you still have some availability please sign me up. Thank you Michelle =]

I think this ia a great thing you are doing, and i know i would benefit, but i will not take someones place that could potentially need the accountability more. I just have a few questions. I have been using the crossramp at the gym, in combination with the treadmill and the bike. But i mostly use the crossramp because it burns the most calories. I have been doing this for 16 days now, i have only missed 4 out of the 16.. and i havent lost any weight. well i have and then i have not. I started at 177. then i weighed myself saturday, and i was down to 172. then every day since then i have weighed 177. Why is it that im not losing? I never exersized before this month, its been at least 8 months since i did a workout routine. I was just curious what was goin on with my body and im sure you have some insight. oh, and also, im eating 1100-1500 calories a day. let me know if you have any clues

Michelle, OMG, I feel like you’ve helped me so much already, but I have to admit, I would LOVE to take you up on this offer!! I’m the type of person, if I don’t KNOW what I’m doing 100%, I LOVE for someone else to tell me what to do. LOL So I’ll basically be putty in your hands. I need to get my hubby to download my pics to the computer this weekend. A lot of your moves/challenges from Survivor have started toning my arms and legs, so if we can kick those into high gear and do a little something about this belly fat, you oughtta have some great before-and-after pics on your hands! LOL
