Put Me In a STRAIGHT JACKET and Send Me on My WAY!!!!!

Seriously….ever since I had kids my PMS is through the freakin roof!!! HELP!!!!! Today has been one of my “worse” days :(. I woke up and felt like I was eithier getting sick…or TOM. It was like that queezy feeling mixed with crazy mood swings and a whole lot of unpleasantness. BECAUSE I feel this way I have NOT counted my calories…..I have NOT exercised……and I have NOT felt good in general :(. I HATE THIS!!! I feel like I should be strapped in a straight jacket and sent away until the full moon is gone.  Am I the only one that feels this way?

Because of this…I’m worried what the outcome of my Sat weigh in will be. It seems with my weight loss where it is….if I’m not TOTALLY 100% dedicated…..I don’t see results.  I NEED to see those results! Ok…I’m going to go gather my thoughts before you all think I’ve totally lost it and call the authorities…haha…hehe…LOL!!!! ;) Thanks for listening buddies ;)

Sorry that TOM is not being nice at all!! Remember how awesome you are and try to do something small. Little steps…. Like you told me, make that effort to do something (anything) and it will hopefully snowball to the other areas. **hugs**

Oh you are so not alone. TOM kicks my arse every month. And like you if I’m not 100% on my game I usually show a gain on Saturday. It sucks I know. Hang in there! We’ll make it! :)

This can be an actual disorder, We just studied this in my nursing class the other day. Depending on your symptoms it is called PMS, or PMDD. If it happens every month, I would talk to your Dr. about it, there are certain things they can do to help. Im sorry you are feeling bad. Its ok to get off track if you know your going to get right back on. Good luck!

This is none of my business (what kind of birth control you use!), but it’s something to think about: depending on what kind of birth control you use, it can help with those PMS symptoms sometimes. Maybe you could talk to your dr about it? I still get a tiny bit grouchy right before TOM shows up, but the crappy feelings only last 1 day usually, sometimes 2, so it’s not that bad. Just a thought! ;)
