Group/Challenge Weigh In Stats
The groups and challenges to me are the heart of buddy slim. Without them and the wonderful people that create them and participate in them we wouldn’t have near the support and motivation to carry on with our journey. Everyone has kicked some serious butt this week in these groups to lose some amazing weight! Here are the weight loss stats from the groups that I could gather info from…..
Fitness Fanatics = -38.5lbs
Christmas In January 2009 = -28lbs (For the month of December)
Longest Loser = -27.6lbs Debbie as their Longest Loser This week with a 4.4lb loss
Wildcats = -24.3lbs
Fitness Survivor = -23.8lbs and 22.25 inches lost with still 2 to weigh in
The Phoenix = -14.3lbs and 11.25 inches lost
Heartbreakers = 11.6
How AMAZING is that!? Way to go to ALL of you for such a successful week!!!

As a Personal Trainer…here’s a little tip from me to you
Squats and lunges are a GREAT way to work your lower body and lift your tush but are you doing them properly? These exercises can play havoc on your knees if you’re not doing them correctly. When performing a squat or a lunge, try to put your energy/weight into the heels of your feet. Not only will you feel it more in your glutes (butt) but you’ll take the pressure off your knees. Also, be sure your knees never come out over your toe line.
